Crystal Palace Boutique Hotel Sofia

I recently had the pleasure of staying in this luxurious 4-star hotel. The location is absolutely lovely, as it is situated in a quiet street opposite a park. It is in a nice area, surrounded by beautiful gardens and the former communist aristocracy.

I highly recommend this hotel to families.

We loved the hotel's location in downtown, close to almost all the important sightseeing places. It was right in the centre of the city but in a quiet area. The cleanliness of the hotel was excellent, and the staff was helpful and attentive. The breakfast provided a wide choice of options and was very good. the hotel facilities were great, including the parking and transportation options available.

There were a few issues with the air conditioning in some rooms, which could be improved.

Beautiful room upgraded to executive suite with a nice fresh fruit platter. Helpful staff who responded kindly when engaged. Excellent location near many restaurants and Nevsky Cathedral.

The hotel room was amazing, with a amazing view from the balcony. The staff was professional and the taxi service was fast. The location was perfect, within walking distance to all the main attractions.

There were a few downsides to our stay. When we arrived, there was only one used towel in the bathroom, and it seemed like the sheets were not changed either.

The staff is friendly and attentive, ensuring a pleasant stay. One can find a good selection of teas in the room's tea corner, and the minibar is well-stocked.

The restaurant at the hotel was closed during my stay, which limited dining options within the hotel premises.
